About this section

Caleb Ostrander has filed a notice of intent to homeschool in two states and put through roughly ninety ESA reimbursement claims, eleven of which came back rejected before he worked out what a reviewer is actually looking at. No law license, no teaching certificate, no program office behind him — he works from program handbooks, the statutes those handbooks cite, and rejection notices themselves, and every rule on this site carries the state name and the school year it applies to.

How this is checked

Every guide cites the agency, statute, or document it was checked against, and carries the date it was checked. Rules change — if something here is out of date, tell us and it gets corrected.
